We were very pleased with the Yummy and Rainbow rolls as well as the fried calamari. We are pleased our original plans fell through so that we made it here. The wait staff was very gracious as we took our time looking through their plethora of rolls.

The food is ALWAYS a hit, but the service is consistently terrible. I’ve been coming here for years, and I’m honestly fed up with how customers are treated. There is only ONE server who actually seems to be working, and she is incredibly sweet. I feel bad for her because she seems to be carrying the entire service experience on her shoulders.
The bigger issue is the attitude of the person who steps in to help, who appears to be management. The way they speak to customers and act when someone asks for something is completely unacceptable. I’ve had requests met with rude attitudes and people walking away in the middle of me speaking. Asking for basic things should NOT make a customer feel like they’re being a damn inconvenience.
Management needs to take accountability and address this immediately. If you’re in a management position, you should be setting the standard for customer service, not contributing to the problem. Hire more servers, improve the staffing situation, and teach your staff how to treat paying customers with basic respect.
I’ve supported this establishment for YEARS, which makes this even more disappointing. The food is great, but great food does not excuse consistently horrible service and nasty attitudes. Management needs to take this review seriously and make actual changes, because customers should not have to dread asking for something as simple as assistance. I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable coming to a restaurant I’ve been supporting for years. Do better.

Celebrating my 75th birthday! Everyone was great. When we got in we were taking pictures and the receptionist offered to take one of all of us. When seated Debra took care of us. She was awesome explaining any questions or special requests. Food was delicious and plenty with enough to take leftovers. I ordered the Mermaid rolls. My grandson a combination. The seaweed salad was fancy and rich. The prices are very attractive. Not expensive at all. We are definitely going back.

Visited Sushi Bistro on a Saturday evening around 6 PM for dinner, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We were immediately seated upon arrival, which was a great start to the evening.
The service was excellent—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Our selection of sushi did not disappoint; everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Each roll was prepared with care, and you could truly taste the quality of the ingredients.
Overall, Sushi Bistro exceeded expectations with both their food and service. Whether you’re a sushi lover or just looking for a great dining experience, this spot is definitely worth a visit!

First time going here and it won’t be the last. This restaurant has a great location and the prices are amazing! The service was fantastic the women there were really nice. The food was so good. Got the Rainbow Naruto Roll, Fried Calamari, and the Clear Soup. Everything was enjoyable. The calamari was the best!
