Edit: stopped by Friday at 5:00. Punky Bartender couldn't stay off her phone doing video chats. First beer took maybe 5 minutes of this, 2nd maybe 5 more staring at her. Terrible music too. I would have fired her on the spot. We left. Removing 1 star.
Guess you have to get a decent bartender with good taste in music.

This place is awesome. The 1 star away from a my 5 star review is due to the red headed bar tender. Terrible attitude, took forever to acknowledge us after sitting at the bar right in front of her...and she makes fun of people like me and my wife. Not nice. Place is great tho love it!

Ahoy, mateys! Let me tell ye about Mutiny, a fine establishment in Ocala fit for any scurvy dog. This be a proper dive bar, with grog flowing like the mighty Mississippi and tunes that'll make ye wish you were somewhere else. The wenches behind the bar be friendly as can be, and the prices be fair enough to keep yer doubloons jingling. They often have live music, and the place be alive with the sound of laughter and the clinking of tankards. If ye be lookin' for a place to let loose and have a grand time, Mutiny be the place to be!

Service is very friendly if a little slow. The hot dogs are amazing. Great atmosphere, and no bar drama.

Well we came in at 2:30 on a Tuesday, just after opening. Two other people in the bar. Got our happy hour drinks, all good. About 10 minutes later drinks are gone. Pushing them closer to the bar edge so we could get another round. Not so much! Heard all bartender Taylor's knowledge of pot growing from the other end of the bar with the other two customers. Wife went to the bathroom came back still no drinks. OK no problem, there is alot of bars! Paid for 2 happy hour drinks in cash & tip. Not hard math, walked to leave & he yells HEY are you going to pay me for those drinks. I said it's on the bar! He states he could not see because the sun was in his eyes. Ok well maybe walk down here once in a while!! O well the bar next door opens at 4 & a great bartender! Some people were not meant for customer service. Thanks for making me feel like I walk out on a cheap round of drinks!!!
