Absolutely stellar experience with Let’s Eat Fresh for our wedding! The food was absolutely divine, our guests couldn't stop talking about it. From appetizers to the main course, every dish was a hit. The bartending service was equally impressive, ensuring everyone had their favorite drinks all night long. Professional, friendly staff and delicious food – they made our special day even more memorable. Highly recommend!

Lets Eat Fresh is a slice of Heaven. I ordered the charcuterie board to start, which was filled with fruits and cheeses, nuts and served with delightful spreads and crackers. I also ordered the caprese panini but it looked so delicious I totally forgot to take a photo lol You will have to see for yourself! It was tsty.. cripsy and filled with fresh mozzarella, tomato and pesto. The Lemon Drop was an amazing finish to a perfect meal. Sweet, light and silky, each layer was delectable and delicate. The atmosphere of the place was very inviting and felt something like home. The charming Mother and daughter duo were warm and friendly. This is a true Italian deli that offers premade meals to go as well. Meal prep? Uh- yes!!! Lots of fresh meats and cheeses, and too many goodies to list. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options as well. 10⭐ I will be back. Save me a spot!

Let me begin with this is an absolute must try! We discovered Lets Eat Fresh catering for our recent wedding. We live in Orlando and our venue was located in the Ocala area. Naturally we wanted to sample the food prior to making a selection and were blown away at the quality & authenticity put into their work. We sampled various items from the menu and a must try are the arancini, chicken parmesan, lasagna and the list goes on. Given we had some time between the wedding we visited them at the store/local market on the weekend and stocked up samples. We became such regulars that we got to know them personally and shared stories with Maria, & Rosaria. We love watching their stories on Instagram and keeping up with them.
When we met with Rosaria to discuss our catering options she was extremely helpful in providing her expertise on suggested styles, quantities based on forecasted attendance. Even provided us with ideas and recommendations for the venue and other wedding vendors. We used Lets Eat Fresh as a one stop shop utilizing them as the bartender, catering, and even brought in the gelato machine for desert at our event which was a huge hit by all. Additionally we had them create signature wood oven pizza creations at our venue tailored to our audience and our taste's. They arranged payment plans on the total costs which as anyone getting married knows adds up quickly , even more were accommodating throughout the process of adding/removing participants with attention to dietary restrictions.
Day of they were punctual , extremely professional, with a prompt set up and teardown and packing of leftovers which we have been enjoying still.
For anyone considering catering options for a wedding or even just for a quick bite stop in and try for yourselves, you will be glad you did. To the Lets Eat Fresh team thank you for making my bride and I event a huge success!
