My wife and I ate here about a month ago and decided to wait until our trip to Paris to write this review because we wanted to come back and try it again and compare it to the real deal — well, after dining in France last week at renowned restaurants like Jules Verne atop the Eiffel Tower and hidden gems away from tourists at places such as Perruche, and La Renommée - I can happily say that I didn’t expect to come home and have a meal back in my home town that surpassed them—but La Cuisine did. My favorite dish, the Beef Bourguignon was flawlessly balanced, rich with authentic flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was refined yet warm, and the atmosphere felt genuinely intimate.
La Cuisine captures the essence of fine French dining with more heart and precision than the Paris establishments themselves. It’s a rare gem that proves world-class cuisine doesn’t require a passport—just a reservation in Ocala.

Le Cuisine never disappoints! Although we have not tried the brunch yet, we have experienced flawless and wonderful dinners on each occasion.

The bread is simply amazing, consider getting the roasted garlic in butter appetizer to spread. The French onion soup is some of the best you’ll ever have; it’s quite exquisite. Finish it off with a NY strip with some mushroom gravy and/or red wine reduction. An excellent experience!

Food was phenomenal. Wife had the filet and I had the swordfish. The parmasen soup was definitely a highlight. We went for our 15th anniversary. The waiter was on point. I did make a reservation and was sat as soon as we arrived. It definitely was a great choice for our anniversary.

What a joke, arrived for our reservation at 6:15, I put in the notes for the reservation no table near the restroom or kitchen, it was our 40th wedding anniversary.
The disgusting hostess takes us to a back room with a tv screen on the wall over the table.
My wife told the hostess that we were not going to sit under a tv. So the rude hostess announces out loud so the whole restaurant could hear. Well you put in the notes no table by the restroom or kitchen.
We asked for another table and she snatched the menus she had laid on the table and stormed off to the back of the restaurant.
I don’t care if she’s the owners wife, daughter, whatever. What a complete and utterly disrespectful mean and angry person.
Fire her, we left and will never go back and we live in On Top Of The World so trust me when I say this will be posted here.
Went across the street to the Ivy, the hostess there said they have a lot of people go there after being mistreated at La Cuisine. 🤣🤣
