Went for Sunday brunch. Very nice inside, but on the smaller side. Very nice host at front. He was so friendly and wished us a good celebration. Only 5 meats offered at brunch. Most seemed to be Parmesan crusted. Restaurant was busy. Salad bar on smaller side. Will return but probably not on a Sunday.

Despite the multiple reviews of salt and bland taste we thought we would give this place a try. Well we were disappointed which sucks. The service was great! Unfortunately if you like well done which me and my fiancée do, this is not the place for you. Every steak we asked for well done they said ‘well this is the most done’ and all of it was pink pink. A lot of it did taste very very salty. With the amount of money it cost, it is very dissatisfying to not be able to eat alot of the steak because the ‘well done’ was nowhere near well done. We basically ate the chicken and salad from bar which is not worth what we paid for. I suggest to have well done meat options as not everyone likes pink. Not happy and a big let down as yesterday was supposed to be a special day for us.

UPDATE TO REVIEW:
Yes, below did happen. But this staff went above and beyond to correct the issue. Marvin and his amazing team were on top of everything. Today when we went on February 03. 2024 the ambiance was so different. The staff made sure to bring all the food by frequently. If at any point we wanted a meat to come back out, all you have to do is ask and they made sure to deliver. They even came by so often we had to flip our card over to catch up. The waiters ask the way you want the meat cooked (rare, medium, etc) and make sure it is what you are looking for. There was not a meat on the menu that we did not see. The meats were cooked to perfection, the pictures do not do it justice. Even more, the salad bar was very very fresh. Such amazing and unique salads to choose from. Our favorites there were the green beans, corn salad, and apple salad. If you want to go to a Brazilian steakhouse that knows what customer service means, this is the place to go. This was hands down our favorite Brazilian Steakhouse experience and we will always support a business that cares about the people. I wish that more places were like this. Although we did not order any drinks, every drink we saw looked spectacular. Our favorite meats were the top sirloin and the bacon wrapped fillet migon. I will note, that this is not like other Brazilian steakhouse where they give you fresh fried bananas and cheesy bread. It's in a warming tray where it is not as fresh. If these are one of your staples that you need to have when you go to a Brazilian steakhouse, I'd think twice.

What a disappointment the waiter did not come to our table often. The food was good but we just kept getting the same thing over and over again and gad to ask for a variety to come by. It took forever to get our food even with our card up. Our special celebratory dinner was a total disappointment.

We have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. The salad bar is packed with choices, and you will be tempted to fill up on it, but don't you need to experience the selection of meats brought to your table on swords. It is also a must that you try the cinnamon grilled
pineapple. You will be hooked

Reservations recommend. One the best eating experiences to be found in Ocala. It was of course, a busy Saturday night at 6:30. Our wait wasn't long. Our party of 4 got Saturday near a large display window showing the meat rottissaries and preperations they go thru to bring to your table for caring. Fascinating process. We were gratful to have seen it close up. Of course the Garden buffett was trully graze worth. The many different meats made to perfectible, edible delights made my month gush with happiness. Just when I didn't think it could get any better at the conclusión, they brought out a Happy Birthday plate of fruit and tasty vainilla ice cream. Very memorable.
