Cantina is such a cutesy restaurant. My friend and I went on a Thursday and they had a promotion that included 3 tacos and a margarita for $15. Our server was a woman named Kristina— she was so sweet and personable .
I got the birria, Al pastor and shrimp tacos. All three were full of flavor and they did not skimp on the meat. The shrimp one was my favorite.
I ordered the blueberry margarita and my friend got a spicy prickly pear margarita. Both were tasty. Overall I enjoyed my experience and loved the ambiance of the place.

It was a Saturday night and we walked in without reservations. We were directed to the full service bar to check for ourselves if there were spots available because we didn't have reservations. The menu didn't have pictures available, which meant whatever we picked would be a mystery. After speaking with the bartender, our original food choice was changed because it was explained that the tacos don't really come with anything. Directly behind our area were two tables that had been completely empty the entire time we were there; wondering why weren't we accommodated to be seated there. The strawberry margarita was good and the food was very bland. The low light theme is very nice and it looks really cool inside of the restaurant. Didn't explore upstairs but the whole place gives off a club feeling more so than a restaurant. Honestly wouldn't consider our meal as authentic Mexican food. It seems like a fun place to come and hang out, get drinks but other than that; the food isn't worth it.
