Unique spot for lunch/dinner. It's like the movie -Night at the Roxbury- where they make the inside look like the outside. It's very nicely done with the inside of the restaurant looks like the backyard of someone's old style house. Patio tables with umbrellas, green turf on the ground. The bar looks like an old wooden porch with the overhang roof above. Parts felt a little tired but that could also be the nostalgia.
We had a limited variety of food on this visit. Started with Pickle Chips. Cooked right, very hot when they came out. Ranch was a solid ranch, too. We ordered a half and half pizza. It was good and done right. No complaints. We also ordered a calzone. The calzone was huge and had delicious flavor. Half come home and even heated up nicely a couple of days later. One of the kiddos wanted tator tots so we ordered a basket. Tator tots are not something we would recommend. Had an odd taste.
Service was good. Not complaints there. Attentive and no mistakes, friendly folks. We will go back at some point and try more food. Burger and wings looked good. See you next time!

IF, and I mean IF, your garlic knots are homemade, they were made a week ago, and frozen and reheated 10 times. I travel and cook a lot. They were not good at all. Your burgers "that speak for themselves" are about as good as the rest of your crowd: tasteless and overdone. Also, it seems that you can't handle someone not agreeing with your establishment and food. Best of luck!

I'm not sure where to start with this one. This is a place that felt like a locals only, and not a place I would suggest to anyone to stop for a bite, let alone a quick one.
The waitstaff was very odd, to say the least.
The food took forever. Our alcoholic drinks sat at the bar forever while I watched our waitress help other waitresses for food and many other tables. I almost got up to get it myself.
The cheese curds had literally no texture or body to them. They were a melted, greasy mush in your mouth. The garlic knots were definitely not homemade and previously frozen swimming in a pool of buttered flavored oil. And the burger was basic.
If these foods and service is what keeps their doors open, good for them.
But I'll pass.

We met friends for lunch and they recommended this place and I'm glad they did. The waitress came right away and took our order. A meat lovers pizza for us and 2 brie burgers for our friends. The order took a while, 15 mins, but it was well worth the wait. The pizza was handmade and freaking delicious. The burgers stood 6 inches tall and was a challenge for our friends to eat. But they loved them.

We went to the Backyard l[king for a good pizza, and we got it . A mix of flavors you can find over here good choices for burgers and crusties an flavored pizzas, the casual ambiance is totally different and funny, The pizza we chose was half meat loaf and half cheese, it was delicious and enough for two. Beer was served in a cold glass and a good detail for a hot day. The prices are fair, so is a recommendable place for a family dinner.

My little family and I tried this place for the first time on Saturday afternoon. Immediately, we loved the atmosphere! The inside definitely surprised us, since the plaza it’s in is a little older. We were seated immediately and greeted by our waitress within minutes. While we looked over the menu, we went ahead and placed my son’s order (he’s 3). We got him the kids cheese pizza and fries, it was a HUGE slice for a kids portion which was awesome. It must’ve been delicious because he ate the whole thing! My husband and I shared the Key West Smothered Pork Fries which were pretty good (fries were a little under done, but nothing to complain about). I ordered the Angry Orchard Burger and OH.MY.GOSH. it was so GOOD! Who knew apples and garlic went so well together. Just ate my leftovers (the burgers are huge) and it was just as delish and juicy 2 days later! My husband had the Smash Burger and he loved it! He’s finishing his now and says it’s still juicy as well! Don’t let the negative reviews steer you away, give it a try for yourself! Our waitress checked in on us several times and our drinks stayed full. 10/10 will visit again!
