We were driving through town and saw big lees was only a 7 minute drive from I75 so we ordered a family meal online and went to pick it up. Jazmin was super friendly and loaded us up with sauces to go and offered to carry it to the car. Large portions and everything was well seasoned and super moist. Great Mac n cheese, brisket, ribs and the sausage was to die for. Even the chicken which I usually find boring was well seasoned. And oh my gosh the banana cheesecake! We are in love! Don’t miss out on this awesome good food!

Big Lee's - Serious About BBQ is hands down the best BBQ spot in Florida! I’ve tried so many BBQ joints across the state, and to be honest, most of the BBQ in FL is pretty mediocre. But then I found Big Lee’s, and everything changed. From the moment I walked in, the aroma hit me, and I knew I was in for something special. The meats are perfectly smoked, tender, and bursting with flavor—especially the brisket and ribs. The sides are equally amazing, and you can tell they put a lot of love and care into every dish. If you're in Florida and want BBQ that truly lives up to the hype, Big Lee's is the place to go. Don’t settle for anything less—this spot is a game-changer!

Tried Big Lee’s for the first time and probably the last. The ribs were not very good at all…found them to be mushy and very greasy/fatty. They were out of fries and the portions of the sides were minuscule. They charged us $4 for water. Definitely am not recommending this place.

Delicious lunch of Brisket and Pulled pork. Owner happened to be there and they appeared to be doing some training. Clean and accurate. Chairs are metal and not very comfortable, but otherwise, great lunch!

Super friendly staff ! Great food ! We Had pull pork sandwich, cole slaw, brisket , mac & cheese, carolina pulled pork with all the fixin’s ! Just gotta say this was hands down best BBQ in Ocala ! Not to forget… the peach cobbler and banana pudding better than what tour momma would make !
