Was looking forward to enjoying brunch. Unfortunately, we had one of the worst dining experiences ever. The bar and kitchen were backed up. Waited about 20 minutes for cocktails, but it happens. However, waiting nearly two hours for food while other parties which arrived after us were served before us is unacceptable. Informed by one staff member that the kitchen ran out of some food and went to buy stuff. The manager said the backup was due to one of the fryers being down, yet nothing we ordered would have been made in a fryer. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and not cooked to order. The scrambled eggs were terrible. The breakfast potatoes were literally cut up French fries. Seriously, I have had better meals at restaurants that charge half the price. Tables were not being bussed, and we heard several parties mention that to the staff as they arrived and looked for a table to sit at. The bathrooms were a mess, as well. I don't know if they were having an off day, but I don't know that I would go back. The cocktails were decent (nothing spectacular) and priced okay. But, the price of the food for the quality is not justified, even if it had come out in a timely manner.

Nice place with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We just came for a late lunch and a couple of beers. The woman we had as a server was fantastic and even helped us with or plans for which park to go to to see manatees. I really liked the atmosphere of the place. However, we got simple nachos and almost all the chips were stale. The beer was good though.

I’ve been to Bank Street quite a few times but this time was the BEST! Went for a Christmas lunch last year (2024) with a group of friends and we had a great time! Our server Kyle(pictured) was amazing! Even though I was a few minutes late to lunch, Kyle made sure my food was ready at the same time as everyone else’s!!! I ordered chicken and waffles and OMG!!!!! The chicken was hot, fresh, crisp and crunchy!!!! The waffles were nice and flavorful and fluffy!!!! They weren’t as hot as my chicken, but that didn’t stop me from eating😂Some of the others ordered chili and sandwiches and said everything was scrumptious. The crab cakes were really good as well. Overall, good experience. I’ll go back✨

I wanted to come here and thank our sweet bar tender. She worked at the bar located further in the back (I wish for the life of me I could remember her name). It was this past Saturday night (3/22/2025).
My husband and I went in to pre-game our anniversary date night. It's very very rare the two of us go out, and our bar tender made this portion of our experience great! She was sweet, talkative, funny, and just all around someone you'd want to have serving you. Plus, she made some yummy drinks!
I'm so sorry for not remembering her name.. but she did have a positive impact on our date night! So thank you!
Two other things to add: The fried pickles were delicious! And the our door bed/swing was a nice added touch to relax/bond with my husband.

This Bar and Restaurant is definitely Top Tier. The food and Drinks was delicious. The presentation of the food was Beautifully put. The Atmosphere was off the charts, music was great, and the night setting was beautiful. I Highly recommend this Restaurant for a Girls or guys night out, birthday celebration, or Simply just a vibe. 10/10 Highly recommend Service was tremendous as well. 5 Stars easy!
