I would love to visit The Flying Boat Tap Room more often than I do. Unfortunately, being that I live in TN., my dining opportunities are limited to my annual visits to Ocala during the week of the Sun N' Fun Airshow in Lakeland. However, my visits & dining experiences there have always been very positive & pleasant. The owners, Tim & Paige Kirby, have always made me feel welcome & treated me in royal fashion. The staff are first rate. They are warm, cordial, friendly, & attentive to customers' needs & requests. The food is always great, no matter what I order. The pizza is awesome. The beer selection is vast & should appeal to just about anyone's taste. The outside dining & occasional live entertainment is definitely an added plus that appeals to many diners. And I love the restaurant decor, which compliments the aviation theme & atmosphere of the restaurant's name sake. My top ratings of The Flying Boat Tap Room are, in my opinion, spot on. I always look forward to my visits to the Ocala area, which affords me the opportunity to visit Tim & Paige & their fine restaurant. I wish them continued success!

We visit my Dad in Belleview when we can but our favorite place to stop and dri k and eat is flying boat. I pove this place the only down side is everything is so great its hard to decide what to choose to eat. Every single item on the menu is fantastic. The place is very clean , the bathrooms are very clean as well. You can always tell how well kept a place is and how the kitchen is for cleanliness when they have very clean bathrooms. I can't wait to get back ip there.

My first time here and I was impressed. Every meal that was brought was fast and on point. The food was mouth watering and the staff was friendly! I never had octopus and it was delicious!

Absolutely loved it! Great selection of drinks. The food is absolutely amazing. We were meeting someone half way between Tampa and Jacksonville, this was the perfect spot. I would drive out here again, just to eat the food. Highly recommend.

A great find in the middle of nowhere. Hannah is amazing server. Nachos are super good. Wings and tacos are great.
They have a wide collection of draft beer. Definitely recommend this place.
