Decided to visit for lunch at the recommendation of my mother. She loves the garlic shrimp pasta dish. When we arrived there was no wait and we were seated right away. Warm atmosphere and generally pleasant. The waiter approached the table and asked if we wanted a beverage. It would have been beneficial if he talked a little about what what was on the menu or which items were customer favorites. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted so I ordered the guacamole appetizer. It was excellent! I ended up selecting the garlic shrimp dish my mom recommended and it was delicious. The restaurant provided a very large portion and ended up taking half home. We had to look for our server at times and in my humble opinion he could have been slightly more attentive. Overall decent experience and food. There was also a lovely dessert menu with 3 milk cake and a white chocolate and chocolate mousse dish. I would give this restaurant another try. Added note, the rest room was immaculate.

Great service, family-friendly atmosphere, cozy and beautiful place. All staff members are nice and efficient. The food was delicious. If you want to eat some Latin food, I highly recommend Latinos y Mas restaurant is great!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this restaurant that I feel compelled to share. The restaurant lacks consistency in both food and service, which was evident during my last visit when I ordered a Seafood Platter for two and a side of White Rice. My meal was completely ruined when I discovered fried hair in the dish, which was not only gross but also unacceptable. The quality of the food was below par, and the service is always a hit or miss, depending on who is working.
I was particularly disappointed by the manager, Gloria, who showed a complete disregard for our concerns by failing to address the issue. I believe that this kind of behavior is unacceptable and falls short of customer expectations and the highest standards of customer service.
Given the circumstances, I cannot in good conscience recommend or spend my money at this establishment again. My experience has demonstrated that the food and service quality may be substandard, and the management may be unwilling or unable to address customer concerns.

So I took my wife to latino y mas and let me tell you !! Is the last time we go there !!! Service was super slow ,nice guy don’t get me wrong but ! Slow 🐢 the food was horrible cold and had no taste. So if you look at the picture my plate of sea food had the biggest HAIR ever I think I had to swallow 3 hair when I took a bite of my plate !!! It was horrible experience, i ask for GLORIA the manager never show up but she did send a bill for the sweet tea and my hard cold rice !!! Unbelievable Im Spanish and this is why I love American restaurant customer service they will always try to fix the issue or make it better !!! well not GLORIA !!! All I can say is make Latinos y mas great again 2024
